Warriors

WARRIOR CLASS


A FOCUS ON EXERCISE!

You are a Warrior!

The dragon boss known as Selfworthless and their evil underlings cower in fear of your mighty axe and bulging muscles! You are driven by your rage and will train your body to the limit in order to gain enough strength to destroy these beasts.

As a Warrior, you must fight creatures for at least 60 minutes each day. Your exercise should be cardio-based, but feel free to also add some strength training (such as lifting weights, yoga, etc.) on top of that.

You must forage for and prepare your food in ways that will attribute to “extreme fat loss.” You can estimate a target calorie maximum by using the body fat calculator here and then plugging that into this calorie calculator here by using the Advanced Options > Katch-McArdle formula.

You must visit the town merchant to purchase the best multivitamin for your age and body type.

You must rest for 7 to 8 hours each day, no less.

Bards

As a Bard, you must fight creatures for at least 30 minutes each day. Your exercise should be cardio-based, but feel free to also add some strength training (such as lifting weights, yoga, etc.) on top of that.

You must forage for and prepare your food in ways that will attribute to “fat loss.” You can estimate a target calorie maximum by using the body fat calculator here and then plugging that into this calorie calculator here by using the Advanced Options > Katch-McArdle formula.

You must visit the town merchant to purchase the best multivitamin for your age and body type.

You must rest for 8-9 hours each day, no less.

Monks

The dragon boss known as Selfworthless and their evil underlings cower in fear of your lethal punches and kicks! You are driven by your moral duty to destroy them, and will fortify your body and spirit from within in order to gain enough focus to banish these beasts.

As a Monk, you must fight creatures for at least 45 minutes each day. Your exercise should be cardio-based, but feel free to also add some strength training (such as lifting weights, yoga, etc.) on top of that.

You must forage for and prepare your food in ways that will attribute to “extreme fat loss.” You can estimate a target calorie maximum by using the body fat calculator here and then plugging that into this calorie calculator here by using the Advanced Options > Katch-McArdle formula.

You may visit the town merchant to purchase the best multivitamin for your age and body type, but this is optional based on how varied your diet is.

You must rest for 7-8 hours each day, no less.

Shamans

The dragon boss known as Selfworthless and their evil underlings cower in fear of your powerful spells and curses! You are driven by deepest desires and will augment your body in order to gain enough advantage to slay these beasts.

This is a special class, and you should talk to your doctor before choosing it.

As a Shaman, you must fight creatures for at least 30 minutes each day. Your exercise should be cardio-based, but feel free to also add some strength training (such as lifting weights, yoga, etc.) on top of that.

You must forage for and prepare your food in ways that will attribute to “extreme fat loss,” and this will most likely include nutritional "meal replacements" (Vega Protein, Soylent, etc.) rather than full food for each and every meal. You can estimate a target calorie maximum by using the body fat calculator here and then plugging that into this calorie calculator here by using the Advanced Options > Katch-McArdle formula.
