Setting the claymation characters and stages aside, one thing that these titles can boast as a one-of-a-kind feature is the soundtrack. It's like a mad scientist went to a creepy old boardwalk carnival and used demonic powers to bring goofy cartoon characters to life there. That may sound like I'm reaching way out to make up some bullshit analogy, but once you hear the songs across this franchise's timeline, I doubt you'll disagree.
